What we could offer to our sponsors? On club website Sponsors logo and advertisement links will be put on a stand out position on the main page of our website. Further more, we will post the intro and refresh advertisement for sponsors on top of our news and sponsors section on our front page. Our team wear and club T-shirt Sponsor's logo will be ironed on the chest and/or the back of our team wear. This year, we brought in a new idea of club T-shirt that will be wearing by players (and even fans if they want to) on all activities apart from football matches. We believe it would be a win-win solution, as it will generate a visual impact on public. This will help to let more and more people know about our club and also bring our sponsors a wider platform for promotion. Promotional leaflets and posters We will distribute our promotional leaflets on the fresher week of Bristol University early October. Shortly afterwards, our posters will be posted on most of the student residences.. SponsorsÁø logo and a brief intro will be added on our leaflets and posters. What activities we will play a part in? University of Bristol Intramural Football League University of Bristol Intramural Football League 2009/2010 will be holding on November 2009 all the way through the winter until April 2010. About 60 teams from different student halls, student societies will be divided into five divisions. There will be 11 league games plus cup games. The games will be held on Bristol Downs every Wednesday afternoon. Chinese Students and Scholars Association tournament of south UK BCFC will represent CSSA Bristol to participate in the Chinese Students and Scholars Association tournament of south UK in the spring of 2010. The first and second place will win the ticket to Chinese Students and Scholars Association tournament of UK. It would be an ideal chance to extend the influence of our sponsor to a UK based Chinese consumer market. Bristol Asian Cup Bristol Asian Cup used to be held in April each year with 10-14 teams representing their country or region. It is a one-day festival for all the Asian students to gather up and enjoy football. This year BCFC will try to be the organiser. Bristol Downs Football League We are also planning to register to the Bristol Downs Football league this year. (We have been invited to register last year but we give up due to lack of players to play in two leagues in the same time.) The Bristol Downs Football League was formed in 1905 and based in the city of Bristol. Its top division is effectively at level 21 of the football pyramid, making its fourth division at level 24, the lowest in the whole country from which a team could theoretically get promoted all the way to the FA Premier League. The Bristol Downs League feeds into the Bristol and District League. BBC Bristol has always been the main reporter and promoter of this league. If BCFC was successfully registered, that will be the first Chinese team ever in history to play this league. It is strongly believed that BCFC will attract more and more public interests and so will BCFC Sponsors. Thank for reading our proposal and we are looking forward to any cooperation. |
